The FM-CFT-R300 is a roll to roll slitting machine designed for cutting electrodes for cylindrical or pouch cell batteries from a continuous supply roll. The slitting die incorporates high precision tungsten alloy blades for clean and repeatable slitting operations. Multiple points of adjustment to the system allows the CFT-R300 to slit a wide variety of materials and thicknesses. Utilizing PLC control and automation, the SAS200 is capable of accurately stacking up to 500 layers or 30mm. Manual operation consists primarily of loading materials and adjusting stack settings. Both the electrode placement and separator manipulation is automated, which allows for more efficient and accurate assemblies.
